An evening of Salmon + Spinach + Mushroom (duh!)

Amazing that it took only 2 mins on each side for the salmon fillet to cook. Surprisingly yummy. Secretly patting myself on the back and self stroking my ego with a "You've outdone yourself!" :)

Happy to be in the kitchen again. Maybe I should be doing something in the food industry on the side. I miss my Thai kitchen help days back in my university days.
 Damage: RM10 for 1 pax and 20mins

Ingredients from Giant:
- Salmon fillet (RM5)
- Mushroom (RM4.99) - half a pack
- Spinach (RM2) - one clutch

Seasoning
- butter, olive oil, garlic, sos tiram, salt, cheese

ps - Secretly leeching off my housemate's supplies of seasoning.
