It's about you wasting your own time, not anyone else controlling your day.
1. Not having to think if phone is fully charged overnight
2. Calendar is tidy and cleared of must-dos and whack deadlines
3. Email pinging isn't like dripping faucet
4. Shuffling inside my mind the errand runs - as i want it, WHEN i want it, HOW i want it
5. Looking out the window to see a beautiful lake
6. Texting some friends to chat about nothing much really.
The freedom, the joy of unemployment.
