Stressed, to the moon and back.
Let me count the ways I'm destressing:
- increased online shopping (was looking for aloe vera gel but instead bought this skin repair cream...shucks!)
- window shopped for a place to call home
- sleeping later than ever at 2am
- getting up later than ever on weekdays at 8.30am
- intensely picked up another language (which i found an app that does wonders! will share more later on)
- youtubed documentaries (Latest being this - on parasitic twins)
...which are all distractions, really. HELP!
