Teach For Malaysia?

A google and youtube search on this "Teach for Malaysia" brings very positive news. But they all carry the same message, same texts, same angle. which brings me to this thought:
this must be a concerted PR effort.... -__-

I am quite taken with just the 15 minutes tele-con. What caught me is that after 2 years, participant gets a post graduate dip in Education (awarded by UUM - not so appealing). In addition to this, an allowance of RM2000 during training days, and RM2500 during the 2 years. Scary though, seeing that i have escalating financial commitments which will not decrease in the near future.

Should i take the leap??? Can i teach??? am i an educator? Will i be strong enough to see through 2 years of work starts at 7am and standing in front of the classroom day in, day out?

My analytical mind screams financial insecurity. But my inner self is saying "Do it! You know you want to."
