"It's not so much what you do, but why and how you do it"
So i read somewhere about healthy fun distractions. Choosing to take a break, rather than using a behavior to avoid something.
- Meditate or take a walk in nature Are trees along the jalan raya considered as nature..?Check.
- Exercise Arms getting a leeeeeeeetle toned. Check.
- Sing, dance or listen to music Music is food to the soul. Shakespeare. Mmm. Check.
- Watch inspiring movies Pursuit of happyness. Check.
- Laugh and play with children
- Help others or spend time with loved ones
- Paint, write or take a class Check.
- Sit and do nothing I'm such a big sit-er and a nothing do-er. Check.
