I demand get-togethers with friends at mine fortnightly, at which everyone will enjoy their favourite drinks.
I demand simple bbqs on chilly days, just slap a fresh juicy steak onto the grill. No marination, none of the prior preparation of bee hoon, sandwich, barley drinks and the rest of the Chinese buffet.
I demand a good stuffed sandwich, with generous portions of alfalfa, cheese slices, mayo and the works.
I demand evening walks by the beach, just down from my road.
I demand good Aussie beef, at a price that wont make me ration my meals for the rest of the week just to make ends meet.
I demand Lays potato chips, also at a price that won't see me rationing.
I demand good ballpoint pens, so that i don't wonder what is the 'kilo' doing in 'kilometrico'.
"...wants are forever greater than the available supply of time, goods and resources." It's true.
That's scarcity.
